[摘要]目的：探讨用体外线圈行前列腺波谱检查的应用价值。材料和方法：在3.0T(Tesla,特斯拉)磁共振条件下，仅采用体外线圈对29例正常男性志愿者进行多体素质子磁共振波谱分析（H-1magneticresonancespectroscopy,1HMRS），计算每个体素的（Cho+Cr）/Cit比值,分析青年组（≤40岁，11例）、中年组（41岁～60岁，9例），老年组（>60岁，9例）基底部、中部、尖部内腺及外周带的1HMRS特点。结果：（1）所有志愿者均顺利完成前列腺MRS检查，均能获得有诊断意义的谱线，图像质量佳，信噪比高。（2）青年组、中年组内腺比值高于外周带；三组间外周带比值无统计学差异；青年组外周带不同部位比值间有显著差异。结论：仅采用体外线圈在3.0T磁共振条件下能顺利完成前列腺MRS检查并获得有诊断意义的波谱信息，该法较之1.5T磁共振加直肠内线圈检查时间明显缩短，操作简便，被检者无痛苦，适用于不同年龄尤其是老年患者的前列腺MRS检查。
